Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued when items are returned in their original, unused condition.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (email or post) within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and documentation.
- Customised or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Prepare the return
Re-pack securely and include all original packaging and documentation. -
Send the item
Return to the address above. We recommend a tracked and insured service; we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are refunded if the entire order is returned. For partial returns, delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately. We will organise a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return postage.
